Price increases are on the horizon for Disneyland. The park’s basic ticket price will remain at $104, but other ticket tiers will see a 5.9% to 6.5% increase. Additionally, the cost of the Magic Key annual pass will go up by 6% to 20%. These changes are effective immediately.

Disneyland has been under scrutiny for the high cost of its theme park admissions and accommodations. To address this, the company is offering discounted tickets and hotel stays during off-peak periods. Last week, Disney announced a kids ticket offer for $50, available starting Jan. 7.

Disney operates on a demand-based pricing model, similar to the airline and hotel industries. Certain times of the year are more expensive to visit, such as holidays and school vacations. However, there are periods like January and February where a family of four can visit for as low as $308.

The Magic Key program will also see price increases based on demand. Each tier offers different perks and access to theme park dates. Passholders will receive benefits like early access to new attractions and discounts on merchandise and food.

Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, is not making any price changes at this time. Prices for the resort’s theme parks were already adjusted for 2025 back in February.
